Order Status
We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information. In case you have ordered custom made design, we will update the product page on the Web Site according to your request.

Generally our processing time is 7-14 days.
Shipping time depends on destination, USA - 3-5 days.

If you need it in a rush, contact us we will do our best to make it!

Shipping
Shipping worldwide is free.
All shipments are fully-insured and require signature confirmation. Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved and payment is cleared. At this time we are only able to ship to the customer’s credit card billing address. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses. If you would like to ship to an address other than your credit card billing address, we may be able to process your order with additional verification. Please contact us with any special shipping requests.

Some orders may require additional verification. For your protection, our associates may contact you by email or by phone to verify your order. If we are unable to contact you for verification, shipping delays may occur. We are shipping our packages with FedEx First Priority mail, but Segal Jewellery cannot assume responsibility for carrier shipping delays.

Sales Tax
The receiver is responsible for paying the tax. For some countries we can add the tax to the price of the product so the receiver will not need to pay the tax.

Communication
We will use your personal information to communicate with you about the Site and your orders and deliveries. Also, we may send you a confirmation email when you communicate with us. In addition, your email address will be used by us to notify you of new products, promotions, special offers or the Segal Jewellery Newsletter ; If you submit your email address, we use it to deliver the information to you. We always permit you to unsubscribe or opt out of future emails. Because we have to communicate with you about orders that you choose to place, you cannot opt out of receiving emails related to your orders.

Order Cancellations

Regular orders may be cancelled any-time prior to shipping. The restocking fee of 20% from the price will be applied to cancelled product. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped. For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed into production.

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unaltered jewelry with tags attached and in its original packaging may be returned to Segal Jewellery for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please email info@segaljewellery.com  for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. The restocking charge of 20% of the price of the item will be held by us. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Special Orders or Custom Items cannot be returned.

Repairs

At Segal Jewellery, quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Segal Jewellery item please email info@segaljewellery.com Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. Segal Jewellery will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. You can also take a picture of a breakage, consult the local jewellery man about the price of fixing, tell us this price and we will cover the fixing expenses. Legal Jewellery will not be responsible for the quality of repair done by your local jewellery master. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your jewels in tip-top condition. Each of our product are made in the highest quality. Segal Jewellery are not responsible for any lost of stones, you can use private insurance company to insure your stone.
