We, at Segal Jewelry, stand behind every item we make. We want you to be happy, excited and thrilled with your purchase so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days, in its original packaging and unworn condition for a full refund or an exchange.

Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Special and custom-made orders are not returnable.
2. Packages shipped to us beyond the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
3. Packages without a tracking number or packages that are improperly packaged or are uninsured will not be accepted.
4. Items must be undamaged and in an ‘unused and new condition’. Items that show obvious deformities or signs of wear or alterations made by a third party jeweler will not be accepted.
5. Orders that have been made in payment plans are not refundable.
6. Orders that didn't pick up by the client are not refundable.
7. Please be aware that tension rings cannot be resized, as they have to be completely re-crafted. So, it is very important you order the correct size upon placing an order. If you need help making sure you got the right size, feel free to contact us at any time.
