Free worldwide shipping

Any purchase you make with Segal Jewelry will be shipped to your desired location anywhere in the world, for free. As a standard, all of our shipments are fast, secure, fully insured and free.

Handling time

Prior to shipment, all of our items are going through a rigorous inspection to make sure that they leave our studio in perfect condition. If any small defects or imperfections are discovered, we will recycle the gold and cast it from scratch. We take our quality assurance very seriously.

Depending on the item’s complexity, composition and production time, All of our jewelry are shipped in one to two weeks.

Shipping time

As standard, we use either FedEx Priority express or DHL Express service, depending on their pickup schedule. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• North America - 3-5 business days
• Europe - 3-5 business days
• Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania - 5-7 business days

As part of our buyer’s protection values, our shipping policy makes sure that:

1. All items shipped are marked for their full value and are insured accordingly.
2. We use only the best courier in the world - either FedEx or DHL. That is to make sure that your order will delivered in a safe and fast manner.
3. It is required that all ordered will be made to a physical home or business address.
4. P.O boxes addresses are not allowed.
5. All packages are signed for upon delivery.

International Shipping

Customers living outside of the United States will be responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes or other surcharges charged by their home country. Please make sure you are aware of this issue and make the necessary inquiries to confirm taxes and duties with local authorities prior to placing an order with us.
